| It is extremely difficult for TCI to pay EEC import
duties and VAT. We are a Hong Kong based company
and we CANNOT reclaim VAT. Therefore your finance
department must pay all monies claimed by your Government
on the day the goods arrive in your country. Our
freight agent PMG WORLDWIDE Ltd, can take care of
this process. Freight and duty are calculated on
the imported shipping invoice price. Goods WILL
NOT BE RELEASED by Government Custom’s offices
at air or seaport until these taxes are paid. The
only credit given is by an individual Duty and VAT
deferment allowance from the Government (3 months
credit) but this must be personally negotiated weeks
in advance. |
