| Order Procedures |

| Production |
| TCI’s partner factory will begin full production
run, only after you have approved printed samples
in writing and consented to test results. Depending
on the type and size of order, production will usually
take between 30-60 days from sample approval.. |

| Factory Inspections |
| It is usual practice for a TCI representative
to visit the factory prior to and during the production
to inspect the quality of raw components and finished
goods. |
| |
| Freight |
A final quality check will be made of the goods
before they are loaded onto the ship (or plane).
We will advise the vessel name and estimated time
of arrival to port. |
| |
| Balance Payment |
| The balance payment due to TCI will be paid by
Telegraphic Transfer or by letter of credit as agreed
prior to the ordering. |
