| Order Confirmed |
| The order is confirmed by an authorized purchase
order being faxed or sent to TCI. An invoice will
then be issued containing your P.O. reference number
and TCI banking details for the deposit to be paid
by Telegraphic Transfer. |

| Artwork |
| The timing schedule quoted will begin from the
time the deposit and final artwork is received in
Hong Kong. |
| |
| Printed Samples |
| Printed samples will be provided for you to approve
before the production run begins. Samples will usually
take approximately 7-14 days to produce from receipt
of final artwork. |
| |
| Testing |
| Lab testing will be carried out on the first printed
samples. This is certainly a requirement for toys.
However, preferred tests must be stated at the beginning
of the project before final price and timing is
