| GSP (China form A) |
| A “General System of Preference” (GSP)
document supplied for clearance of certain goods
will allow the goods to enter the EEC on a “preferential”
duty rate. The original form is sent to our European
freight agent after it has been authorized in HK.
If the form is not immediately available for clearance,
the full duty rate is payable on clearance and the
client (as the importer) must apply for a refund. |

| TCI Shipping Invoice |
| States the quantity being shipped & the unit
price as per the official invoice. |
| |
| TCI Packing List |
| States the exact quantity of goods, number of
cartons, carton dimensions, carton weight and tota;
CBM and weight being shipped. |

| Freight Insurance |
| All shipments are insured by TCI. The goods are
insured for 110% of the TCI invoice value. Should
the need arise, claims are normally made jointly
by TCI and the client in the UK. |
