| TCI only produce goods to order.
China makes hundreds of thousands of products at
any one time, so it’s not possible to supply
a brochure. |

| Who clears and
handles the shipment once it gets to UK port? |
| Our freight forwarder handles
all the customs clearance and delivery to one UK
address in conjunction with your service department.

| Who do we pay
the import duty/VAT to? |
| Our freight forwarder will invoice
you directly for VAT and any import duty applicable.

| We need delivery
in 1 month’s time - can you help us? |
| On certain items we may be able
to supply goods by airfreight within very short
lead-times. Test us out! |

| What are the
payment terms? |
50% US dollar cash deposit before
production begins and 50% cash on delivery.
Or an at sight transferable Letter of Credit. |
