| How long will
it take to get a sample? |
| If there is a sample immediately
available in Hong Kong then allow 1-4 working days,
if the sample needs to come from China then extra
days should be allowed. Bespoke/branded items will
have their own schedule. |

| Will we be charged
for the sample/courier costs? |
You will not be charged for an
off the shelf sample but Charges will be incurred
for branded samples.
TCI will cover the cost of standard couriers. Special
delivery requirements will be charged for. |

| Lead time/-
sea freight? |
14-21 days to produce a branded
sample after receipt of artwork.
30-40 days for production depending on the complexity
of the item. 30 days for sea freight.
These timings are for standard items not requiring
a new mould. If a new mould is required an extra
30 days may be required. In short, we facilitate
product procurement by acting as your complete Asia
support team. |

| Can TCI provide DDP? |
| Unfortunately not. We always quoteand
trade in US$ and duty and VAT is paid by the client
direct to UK customs upon importation to the UK. |
